As most of you are aware by now, Blue Chip has undergone a change of ownership since the last newsletter. The office had a major facelift and there are many other exciting developments on the horizon, amongst these are a fleet renewal/upgrade program. The new owners originate from FlyJetstream Aviation, which many of you might know.

Being aligned with a major player in the charter industry opens numerous avenues for students and instructors with regards to experience gained during the training syllabus.

This includes opportunities to fly along on actual charter flights, gaining valuable exposure to the industry outside that which can be offered by any other flight school.

The team of Instructors and office staff have not changed and it is not envisaged that there will be changes apart from the possible addition of extra instructors or office personnel. So the good news is that there will still be many familiar faces at the school.

We held a successful PPL ground school during the month of March and early April, which was enjoyed by most who attended and presented. We are planning a CPL ground school during the month of July till end of August. Watch this space and the website for further developments regarding cost and the scheduling.

Once again welcome to all the new members of the school, management and students and we look forward to building a lasting and prosperous relationship with all involved.
